NEARLY HOME. PT3
It’s been nearly 3 months since we left home to travel down to Mildura. I couldn’t believe it had been that long…..but we were parked up in Mildura for 2 of those months.
We love this little town. It’s so friendly and the camp is supplied free of charge….they just ask you to spend a bit of money in the town and drop your docket in the box provided …..which we did.
We found a great sunny spot and I went for a stroll around the area.
The place over the road I said I wanted to buy last time we were here has had a facelift….
Plenty of room for the caravan 🤣🤣
And a horse…..
He was so friendly…

It was lovely to catch up with all of the family, and we had good intentions of travelling around Victoria and going over to South Australia before going home.
But as we all know…the rain and floods put a stop to all of that, so we decided to make a dash for home as we didn’t want to get stuck anywhere.
So we have come full circle now and we are camped at Millmerran again for the night before heading down the Range at Toowoomba tomorrow.
This place is where it all started 3 months ago. 🥰
They also had a bit of rain the night before so finding a dry spot was a bit hard but luckily we found one.

Ed bought some caravan parts at Mitre 10 and we also bought some groceries from the local IGA. Plus fuel just out of town that was a bargain at $2.17 @ litre as in the town it was $2.49!

And the little house next door is vacant…..what I would give to have a little place like that with a horse and vegetable garden…..I think I said that last time we were here. It’s such a nice little town to spread out in.

We are tossing up whether to head straight home tomorrow now as it’s forecast rain on the way, so we may stop at one of the Showgrounds on the way home which is about halfway.
See what happens.
Take care everyone ❤️❤️
