CROWDY HEAD BEACH. NSW

Ed and I have decided that this would have to be up there with one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve been too.

Crowdy Head is a headland beach that has no bells and whistles, and isn’t over crowded. There is a lovely lighthouse that was built in 1878.

It was a stunning day, and you could see for miles on top of that hill.

Down on the beach was just as lovely.

There is a small surf club with an attached kiosk where you can buy the best fish and chips, crumbed prawns and coffee and ice creams.

We did a two hour walk along this beach, and the water was like a bath, and so clear.

About 5klm back from Crowdy Head is Harrington, a lovely little seaside town that has a caravan park.
Instead of staying at the Showgrounds at Taree again, we will stay at the caravan park nearer to Crowdy.

We just love the coast, so instead of inland places, the coast will be where we will stay from now on……unless of course we are going to visit family.

Tomorrow we have another beach to explore, then on Sunday we move on to a beach further down the coast of NSW that we’ve had booked for a while, and have never been to before.

Take care everyone ❤️❤️❤️
