WEDDERBURN. PT 3
We have decided to stay here for the week. The reason being, it’s got quite cold, and we don’t fancy taking the caravan any further south.

You can certainly see the change in seasons down in Victoria.

How lovely of Mr Ted Hargreaves to give over his property to the Loddon Shire for Council purposes, which in turn, enabled this garden to be constructed for everyone to walk through.

So what we are doing is, we will leave the van here, and just do day trips.
We had a trip planned to go south, as we wanted to visit a few places that the Tourist Information lady recommended, but we thought why pull the van around when we are close enough to visit them daily. So that’s the plan…so far π
Another walk around this lovely town today, we found a lovely bakery that sold the nicest looking Vanilla Slices…..
And they didn’t disappoint. Yum.
Also this gorgeous shop that sold plants and everything that was needed for a garden. It was so pretty inside.

Speaking of gardens….we were walking along the Main Street past the houses, when we came to this plaque.

pistachios………..as well as the blossom in spring and bulbs, how pretty would that look.
Then you walk through to this.
Kangaroo Chair. It was a community project supported by the commonwealth of Australia.
It represents the spirit of federation, bringing communities together.
The Kangaroo Chair represents home, as the Kangaroo is a Symbol of our natural Australian environment.
So that was another little find on our walk today.
Thanks Ted for the garden ππππ»π·
Stay safe everyone ❤️
Can you please bring me back some cuttings of the fruit trees and olive tree please ππ
